30-day returns

If the grooming hammock doesn't work for your pet, you can ask for a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return
Email us at support@pawsling.com with your order number before you send anything back. We reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions. We can't process items sent back without contacting us first.

Conditions
- The item is complete (stand, hammock and any kit items) and in its original packaging.
- You pay the return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Email us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay any shipping.

Refunds
We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return or approve your photo. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order ships. If a ship date ever slips, we'll email you before it passes, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Customers in the EU: your 14-day right of withdrawal
On top of our 30-day returns, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you name) receive the item, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email support@pawsling.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the direct cost of returning it. We refund everything you paid, including any delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, to your original payment method; we may wait until we have the item back or you have sent us proof of posting it. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item more than needed to check it. The packaging condition above does not limit this legal right.
