Every Pawsling order ships free with tracking, and you get the tracking number by email once it ships. Total delivery time: about 16–29 calendar days to the US, 20–28 calendar days to Canada and 19–28 calendar days to the EU.
Where to find your tracking
- Open the shipping confirmation email from Pawsling (check spam or promotions too).
- Click Track your order in that email, or copy the tracking number.
- Paste the number at 17track.net to see every carrier step in one place.
No email yet?
If it has been more than 7 business days since you ordered and you have no shipping email, contact us with your order number (it starts with #) and we will send the tracking link.
Tracking hasn't moved for a while
International parcels often show no updates for 5–10 days while they are between countries. If there is no update for more than 14 days, get in touch and we will check with the carrier. If a delivery date slips, we email you and you can cancel for a full refund.
